Q1: Is your company a factory or a trading company?
A1: Both. In addition to running our own manufacturing facilities in US & Asia in terms of different product categories, we also handle lots of trading business across the Pacific through leveraging our global supply chain management experiences.

A2: Drop shipping free of charge within US territory is a general term, on conditions that the order placed through RTS channel and inventory in US also available. Meanwhile, sea shipment or air shipment direct from overseas manufacturing base also provided for OEM, ODM or other type of business.

A3: Within US territory, order through RTS channel with available inventory there will be fulfilled in 3-7 workdays while lead time for non-RTS orders will case by case reviewed.
